Brad spent 17 years building high-growth practices in the recruiting agency industry, and in 2016 shifted to apply his expertise to the tech industry when he was recruited to stand up the first-ever field sales team for Amazon's then-new "Amazon Business" marketplace. The common model across all of Brad's career has been coaching, and consulting small and medium businesses; whether it be on evaluating talent for executive hiring cycles as a headhunter, or in his work launching thousands of new 3rd party suppliers to sell on Amazon and drive ROI. Brad has honed his ability to apply strategic discovery to provide long-term planning guidance that drives growth across all his clients.
